This forum is very detrimental to integrity of the entire Greek community. Although healthy competition is needed for any system to work, this has exceeded any level of "sportsmanship" as you may call it. As a Greek community it is vital that we show Greek Strength! Not just strength in our individual sororities or fraternities, whether they are considered top, middle, or lower tier, but strength as a Greek community as a whole. The reason that Greeks get such a bad rep is because of things like this where people can view the undeniable hate speech and resentments that have formed between and within the fraternities and sororities. It may be very hurtful when you read a post that says "____ is a horrible frat and they are creepy" or when someone says that "all the ___ girls are sleazy", but by replying to those posts and by continuing the trend we are only enabling our own destruction (a little dramatic) as a community. We need to start uplifting our fellow Greeks and stop adhering to an ignorant standard that says top tier must be with top tier and lower tier must be with lower tier, because in the scheme of things those have very little significance. Not only do we have to do this, but we must refrain from bashing and berating the people we should be uplifting. Think about it..
