bottom house?

Do we really only have one house in the bottom tier and two in top and rest in middle for sororities? I find that a little imbalanced. And tbh I don't think SK is even THAT bad. Their last few PC's have been decent and better than AXO's I would say. No, I'm not in SK, but I don't think we should only have one house in the bottom (and AEPhi doesn't really count because they don't have many girls, and if they don't recruit more they lose their charter)
