Depending who you ask it's tridelt tied with aphi or tridelt tied with gphi. Otherwise correct

I know everyone wants to think that they are at least mid tier, but when aephi only has 10 girls and is barely a part of fall recruitment, they don't count in the rankings. SK is the bottom of the bottom tier but there still needs to be another sorority in the bottom tier.

it makes more sense to split them up the right way rather than just trying to have equal numbers, axo/pi phi just aren't on the same level as sk and aephi, sure they aren't top either, but they aren't close enough to be on the same tier yet
