right below ksig. they are rich and have good relations with aphi and dg. i hear they can be very full of themselves though

Being rich makes you a top house? And trust me they do not have the best relations with APhi. Their strongest one is probably Tri Delt. They're all entitled douches.

Honestly there isn't much of a difference between 2nd or 3rd and top. It's not like KSigs that much better (if they even are better) than SigPi or Phi Psi

I see no huge difference in the 3. Ksig throws good parties, sigma Pi had good guys, phi psi has money. They each have their own thing. But for having money you'd think they'd be able to throw better venues. All 3 have hot guys.

Then why is ksig considered the best. I don't see how they are either. they're cool but I just feel they're alright.

If you can get past Faris they are actually some pretty nice guys(even as a group). Just don't let one person skew the view of the whole fraternity. Also If you get a chance to go to their parties, they throw some pretty crazy parties.
