Yeah they aren't creepy and I appreciate that. But I don't see how they aren't bottom. They hang out with a lot of good sororitys but I don't see what they have going for them other than that. Also not too many sororitys think to hook up with them. Just to hang out with.

The only thing Pi Kapp doesn't have going for them is some sleazy reputation. They have good looking "fratty type" guys, who can hold their own in sports, and hang out with top tier sororities. Give it a year or so, and they may be giving PIKE and or SAE a run for their money. I like them way better than Sig Ep, Eigma Chi and Sigma Nu already
