Most girls know about DGs and Aphis bad reputations by now so I feel they'll be struggling hard during recruitment

and I see those rankings in that order

TOP: APhi, DG

MID: AXO, PiPhi, Tri Delt, GPhi, Theta

BOTTOM: SK, KKG

Dg and Aphi are not in their own tier...if anything they should both be going down a tier this year with their reputations getting worse and worse

"top houses" is right

Theta Tridelta and Pi Phi should be going up, and rightfully deserve it!

just because you want those chapters to go up in the rankings by stating they will on here doesn't mean they are going to...they are not even close to top houses..especially theta and pi phi

Should NOT be top house, they try soo hard to be like DG it is kind of ridiculous, except DG actually has cute girls and tri delt doesn't, "great sisterhood" my as s, they have no better sisterhood than any other sorority, they try to hard to be all up on all the frats which gave them the reputation of being sloppy drunk tag a longs, just as easy as the top tiers but still stuck in middle

i don't get why there is someone trying to convince everyone that theta, tri delt, and pi phi are becoming tops...they are all mids and are either staying the same or going down. A lot of them do not have classy behavior (esp. tri delt) and they actually need to get better pledge classes and have better behavior before they expect people to believe that they are rising in the ranks.

Who decides which sorority is top house? is there like an award or something at the end of the year?

DG Aphi and DDD are each saying they are top house, but nobody else seems to agree, so if its just by he said she said, technically can't any of these houses be top?...even though all three of them apparently have to worst reps on campus from reading all the comments, how can they still say they are top?

Pi Phi is catching my interest for fall, I heard they have one of the best sisterhoods and have four friends that already are sisters and girls are seriously making up all their "bashing" on their page, while from what I heard the "top houses" everything they say on their page is true

i agree with below. i think ddd aphi and dg are going down. pi phi and theta are going up because their most recent pledge classes have been really good and they have strong sisterhoods. it all depends on what the new rushies are looking for. if they want sisterhood and good reputations i guarantee you they will go for one of those two
