are sae and pike top houses?

I went to the basketball game and saw both dominate. SAE murdered Ksig, while Pike mercied Sigma Nu. I am just curious as to what their rankings are?

SAE is debatable. Pike just has too many gooby guys to be fully top.

Top house is a combination of like brotherhood, relations, sports, parties, and so forth at least that's what I would think and not just sports.

Personally I think SAE's lack of a pledge process may hurt their brotherhood and ability to weed out some inadequate candidates, but i don't think that is their fault. Although nonetheless it can hurt their standings.

SAE is top house worthy imo all their guys are stand up dudes and they are athletic AF and they hang out with the right houses

Pike is a joke they have like 200 members and throw 1 party a quarter. SAE is definitely top house material but I wouldn't really say number one
