To be fair, although I do think UCI Frat Dude is an Axo, we can never be truly sure of her identity. We know she isn't a top frat guy. No frat dude would talk crap about DG (didn't go too hard on them but did mention them in a negative way), Aphi, Gphi, Theta AND Piphi all at once. That just would not happen.
