how much do grades play out in the selection proce

So I went to GPhi yesterday and noticed that they asked for your GPA. Now I'm kind of scared I won't get a bid because my GPA is below average. How much do they consider grades in considering bids?

Grades are a big reason why a lot of gis get dropped during recruitment. Every house has a minimum GPA and if yours doesn't meet that then you are dropped.

What is the grade minimum to be considered for a sorority? Above a 3.0? 2.5?

each sorority has a different minimum gpa they want, so you should ask

Idk about Gphi but I think a 2.5 is enough (that is what I had but I am not a gphi).

Gpa matters you can't be below any of their requirements and get a bid. For any sorority. I agree with above, ask the chapter what their min is. And maybe if ur close they might make an exception but if u have like a 2.0 it aint guna happen.
