So what if I can't go to ALL of the recruitment events for sorority events?
How much will that hurt my chances of getting a bid?

Also, if you're worried about not having equal amount of time to dedicate to each chapter then I suggest doing fall. Winter/Spring is not only a time for chapters to be selective, but also for rushees as well. If you're torn between 2-3 houses to visit, then split up your time. They're not going to blacklist you for not being able to come every day

You'll be fine. They don't expect you to make it to all the events because the sororities know that no matter how they plan recruitment, their days will conflict. Make sure that on the last day, you visit the one house you really want to make an impression on. I mean, you don't have to. That's just my opinion
