The Frats seem about right... Idk about pikapp, but it's whatever. Idt alpha phi is ever gonna be a mid tier. If Gphi recruits as well as they did fall and tri delta over takes alpha phi, then we'd have a 4 house top tier. But never put alpha phi as a middle tier, and I also think Gphi would have to do some SERIOUS work to be tied.

i don't think tridelt will ever surpass alpha phi, there's just no way. they're too sloppy.
gphi could creep up to the top four if they do well, but that's IF they do well and the other sororities will probably do well too.

we'll see about tridelt, their reputation last year when i was a freshman was just awful and you can't change that in one pledge class, esp with the older girls not setting much of an example
