how to move up the ranks - winter sororitys

In my opinion, assuming everything else stays the same, for the chapters participating in winter, to move up they would have to recruit more girls of these types (obviously attractiveness is a requirement):
AXO: they have been slipping even though they did well last year. Need some fun blondes that will actually go out.
DDD: had a great pledge class and have a chance to eclipse APhi if they do well enough this year. Not enough diversity and usually not the best GPAs compared to other sororities. Need some smart girls with high GPAs that are still fun, maybe recruit some hapas/other races for diversity?
GPhi: They've got diversity and the artsy vibe in the bag, so they shouldn't be looking for any type of specific "look." Instead they need to be looking for athletic girls because they are lacking in that department.
Pi Phi: Need more diversity but mostly because they are like a lower grade Theta: where are the white girls? Need to pick up some girls that will actually be involved and participate in things, because Pi Phis are falling off the map and people forget they're there sometimes.
SK: Not to be mean, but they are bottom for a reason. Diversity isn't really an issue but they could really use any help they can get. Hoping they pick up some great girls

Mostly agree. I would add Theta in here though.
Axo and Piphi: need hotter girls and more presence.
Sk: need to work on presence and getting hotter girls as well as fraternity relations
Gphi: could use more athletes, did get 3rd for sports trophy which isn't terrible. They just need to keep up the good work and have great events
Tridelt: its okay to be mostly white, but they could use a few hot diverse girls
Theta: could use a few more white girls. Need to improve their events and show themselves to be a bit classier.

You also hit the nail on the head especially for tri delt. I always wondered why tri delt couldn't move up but you kind of answered it: DG and APhi have not just hot girls, but all sorts of hot girls ON TOP of their hot blondes. They're not just vanilla. Also, they have great GPAs while tri delt usually has below sorority average. You have to be hot AND smart to be the total package. Tri delt isn't quite there yet.

Tri Delta's been trying to solidify a spot in the top tier for years, and it's still debatable where they lie. There was 3 years of people talking about Gphi moving up before people actually openly recognized their improvement. Let's face it, DG has pretty much been top tier for the last couple of years, but it takes time, for people to accept it. If your house has slipped hard this year, it's not magically gonna bounce back. Sorry, that's just a fact. AXO Pi Phi AEPhi and SK have so much they need to improve on first before they can even think about by passing any of the top 5. Pi Beta Phi may well be the next house down, but they have miles to go before they hit Theta. Plus all their hot seniors are graduating... which doesn't help. Work hard, get results, be patient.

It shouldn't be. And diversity is important. But let me qualify it. Having too many white girls (Tridelt) people are saying they need to recruit more diverse girls. For ones with very few, people say get more white girls to be diverse. To be top, diversity of beauty is important. And to be honest, there is beauty all around but the hottest overall to men are the white girls (or the ones that look white). Its sad but that is the truth of this world. Doesn't mean you have to be white to be hot though.

OP never said each of the houses needs to recruit more white girls. For example, tri delt needs to recruit other attractive girls of other races.
Completely agree with "to be top, diversity of beauty is important."

Nvm I forgot Theta is doing spring not winter. They can't recruit yet but that doesn't mean they don't have a chance to improve.
