try try try again?

I did one day of fall recruitment but I found out the next day that the house I wanted to get into had dropped me so I didn't go to the rest of the days. When I did the first day I met a couple of girls that I had so much in common with and I really wanted to be a part of their sisterhood so much because they seemed so cool but my feelings got hurt because I guess they didnt feel the same way.
I don't really know why: my grades are good, I have a lot of extracurriculars, and people tell me I'm an attractive person (unless i've been lied to my whole life)
Should I try again for this house? Or should I just take the hint that they didn't like me?

Yes. You should. Are you sure you werent trying too hard? Just be natural and be yourself. You will find the right home, even if you think that house is or not. If they don't feel that you'd fit in with their chapter, they will not give you a bid even if they liked you. Plus, you want to be in a chapter that really wants you. I'd try if I was you because you never know! And they may not even remember you tbh if you got dropped earlier in recruitment.

All I can say is, if the house you were looking at was Tri Delta, Alpha Phi, or Gamma Phi Beta, do your makeup real nice and hope they forget about whatever you did that made them drop you during fall recruitment. It's about 100x harder to get a bid during winter and spring, because they literally only have 5-10 spots open and are gonna take the prettiest girls.

I think maybe I was trying too hard, I don't know... I mean how can I show my enthusiasm and that I really want to be a part of their chapter without being creepy or desperate
And what do I talk about so they think I would fit in?
