I'm sorry you can't be a top tier frat when less than 12 girls show up to your exchange (phi Psi). You also can't be a top frat when you lose every single sporting event ever, including v-ball to sigma chi (Sigma Pi). I think those two have safely anchored themselves a spot in mid tier. New
