Why is it so hard to believe a house moved up. Have you seen theta's? They are so much hotter than gphi and tri delta who cares if you got white girls and blondes. Theta is over all better looking. Ask anyone.

I could see them being top tier. I heard they chill with ksig, and sigma Pi and my frat pretty exclusively. Don't let gooby frats fool you- theta has great relations and dope events. Btw, jsyk all top houses totally were at KAT walk
