All chapters have had at least one girl who has done that. Alpha Phi isn't as classy and poised as they make themselves out to be to others and during recruitment, but I'd say for the most part they are classy. I'm more concerned about how some of their girls are kind of elitist and rude. Sorry your not top house anymore.
