I'm looking to rush fraternities for winter quarter. From a girl's and guy's unbiased perspective, who is honestly worth checking out?

Give Sigma Pi, Phi Psi and KSig a try. They are the undisputed top 3 at UCI. Don't bother rushing anyone else. That's unbiased as I'm going to get

Pi kapp is a lower house but hangs out with houses like Alpha Phi and Gphi and DG and Theta.....

They are nice guys. With the exception of a few they are not very attractive, but I've heard girls say they feel comfortable hanging out with them because they aren't trying to get in their pants.

If you want to join a top tier fraternity check out Sigma Pi, K Sig, or Phi Psi. If you want to join a fraternity with potential that are great at sports check out SAE or PIKE. Either way you should not stick to one fraternity for the whole week of rush even though that is what they are going to want you to do. Stick to 2 fraternities and determine which one you like best within the first couple of days and then stick with them.

go see what each frat is really about. you'll be surprised at how different people are in each frat you meet and how each of them carry themselves. 2 or 3 different frats is a good number, you dont want to spread yourself thin, but if day one you feel like that frat is for you, stick with them cause your gut instinct is probably right
