winter recruitment
by: PNMIf I go to a bunch of houses for recruitment, and I only get a bid back from a bottom house like Sigma Kappa, is it better to just drop out and try again, or stick with it. I'm even a little sketched out by Pi Phi. Advice?

I heard DG is doing winter recruitment- but good luck, every single girl wants to rush DG and they let a grand total of 4-6 in each quarter. I think if you want a top-esque house your best bets are gonna lie with Tri Delt or Alpha Phi or (after this year) Gamma Phi. Those 3 have the best frat relations.

If you really connect with the girls of Sigma Kappa, I say go for it. You will be the happiest. Otherwise, I would just rush in fall, becausw its not worth joining a bottom house if you don't feel that true connection. Axo is actually below Pi Phi this year. I think both are still good options if you get along with them since they have potential to rise. Theta, Gphi and Tridelt I heard are doing winter. Those are your best bet. All three chapters are really nice and social.
All in all, if you are not truly happy, you are better off waiting till next fall.

idk if you're an SK or GDI but sigma kappa is undeniably bottom house, with the closest other option being Pi Beta Phi..... and they're like no where near.
