Top: I definitely think the top 2 can be interchangeable depending on who you ask, but I personally think KSig takes it. Phi Psi needs to start being active. You can only be top wiithout doing anything and just buying your way through philanthropies and stuff for so long.

Top Middle: No explanation needed. SAE is vying for Top, not sure how their new pledge process will help or hurt them, though. Don't think Pike will fall below this tier, but AEPi is starting to get better sorority relations.

Middle: For these two, I don't think they have that good of a reputation, but they don't have a bad one. There's good things about them, and a couple of cons. But overall they're chill guys and girls like them for the most part.

Lower Middle/Bottom Top: These 3 are interchangeable too depending on who you ask. But people usually put them as the Bottom of the MIddle or the Top of the Lower, again depending on who you ask. People closer to them would say Lower Middle, but people who don't really know them would say Bottom Top.

Phi Delt
Bottom: From these, Beta has the best chance of moving on up. Fiji, they don't seem to care what people think, and while they're bottom that's definitely kind of cool and good. Triangle is involved somewhat but not enough and Alpha Sig is new and hasn't done anything but Pi Phi Arrow Dayz.

Thorough analysis, I appreciate the work done in this post. Well done, and accurate. Good comment about SAE, they are definitely more relevant, but I don't think they are going anywhere anytime soon.
Winter will change things up, I think there will be more changes(to the ranks) as the year goes on. Top house/Top tier is determined by a lot of things, but CONSISTENCY has a lot to do with it. Being top house for a quarter isn't the same as being top house for a YEAR. KSig is slipping, and I'm curious if Sigma Pi can sustain this momentum, they have been doing a great job lately.

I went to one of their rush events last year and they were the most boring, uninteresting, goobed out guys i've ever met. I even had a better time when I went to one of the lower tier frat rushes.
UCI honestly needs to recharter a new Sigma Chi because nationally they are amazing

I stopped hanging out with Sigma Chi. Some are nice but some of their guys are so rude and awkward. They make me feel uncomfortable and their parties have seriously regressed. I have also had sisters that have had similar awkward situations so its not just me.

Phi Delt kicks it with DG, Alpha Phi, Tridelt (a lot) and Gphi so I would disagree. They have better relations than Pikapp. Also Sig Ep over Sigma Chi. I don't like either much but what is fair is fair.
