Who else agrees that Sigma Pi should take Sigeps house? Honestly I don't know what the hell you did that made half your chapter deactivate. But you guys are barely a frat anymore. Other Frats will put the house to better use. Just give it up . Pike, Aepi, Sigma Pi, Phi Psi could use it.

I just don't think that this should have been the case in the first place. All the frats should have a house (except maybe the newer ones built after Arroyo). I really wish they could expand somehow and add more housing. I'm sure Sigma Pi, Phi Psi, Pike, Aepi and Sigma Nu would use them a lot (since they do not have one). Phi Delt and Pi Kappa were kind of late to the game but I am sure they would be all over having a house too.

Frat houses should rotate every year or so. There should be a lottery to make it fair.
