what makes a top house?

I was wondering what would get a fraternity from "bottom" to "middle" to "top"? Like take Beta for example, their pledge class is better looking than SAE's in my opinion then why are they still bottom and didn't go up a bit? Also Sigma Chi won DG's Anchorsplash yet they are still in he same place they have been for the last couple of years.

It sounds kind of biased but its true, Sigma Pi is the best definition of top house. Best parties, hottest guys, best at musicals, and best relations. They hang out with more sororitys than Kappa Sigma, but only the ones that matter (not pi phi AXO or Sk).

Sigma Chi did NOT win Anchor Splash. Phi Psi did (By buying it), but it should've been Sigma Pi.

Phi Psi has won AnchorSplash 7 times in a row, ever since it was created. No one else has ever won. Talk to any Phi Psi and they'll happily brag for you
