I mean he could investigate, have greek rank shut down, suspend sorority/fraternities invovlved. This is technically cyber bullying under california law.

he can probably trace it back to a computer- If it's serious enough, there are ways to do that. This person is harassing and targeting a single group, making really awful jokes, and ruining this website for everyone.
