I don't think axo is bottom. I can't say I understand how people think they are bottom. I do think Pi Phi is above them. As for Gphi, I really think they are top mid and above Theta. I think Tri Delt is a bit ahead of them.
I think people should be happy that ranks can move. Take DG as an example. They became top house unquestionably. It shows that if you want to keep your position, you have to work hard and be competitive. I think Gphi has embodied that. They have been working really hard lately. Otherwise, it will always be the same houses riding on their reputations instead of current membership and events.

Well I think they are ahead of Theta personally. Gphi has had multiple strong pcs not just one. I still really like Theta but after hanging out with both I can see why Gphi is moving up. Overall, pretty classy and nice and a lot more attractive. Oh and also chick, I didn't say they were top tier, I said they were top mid. So please read carefully next time. But I thank you for your long, thoughtful response.
