no you don't have to pay any money to participate in winter rush but it's not the same as formal fall recruitment. it's less organized and honestly it's mostly only beneficial for girls who have a preconceived notion of which house they'd like to be in (based on the relationships they've made, not based on this GR crap). some sororities don't even really publicize events, and some don't participate at all. this year though the only house i've heard that might not do winter rush is DG. pretty positive everyone else will!

bottom houses are AXO and SK.
Gphi is tied for bottom of the top with tri delta. I know SK is free, not sure about top houses
