rushing

Im a freshman. Should I rush this winter or next fall? I wanna rush this next quarter, but I've heard that its better to rush in the fall. Is it worth the wait?

It just depends on your PC, but fall PCs tend to be larger and might do more things when you rush and eventually pledge
