Just out of curiosity, why did you rank this way? I personally disagree. Pikapp is a great chapter but they are bottom. That isn't a bad thing, just how it is.

as much as I'd like to see this happen, there's no way with the way sigma pi's fall rush went and just their general perceived placement by most greeks who don't take them seriously. did you not see the sig pi who posted publicly about how bad they were doing on facebook? I think a different chapter could have the chance if they have a really strong year

I don't see a big difference between the two. They are both great chapters filled with absolute gentlemen. It's a shame SigPi still has to deal with that negative stigma attached to them. They helped me take care of two of my friends who got sick at one of their parties and were not creepy at all. Really outgoing guys who know how to hold a conversation with girls.
I have seen nothing but positive from both of these chapters so I think we won't know which one is on top until they cross their Fall PCs.
