by: i wana knowShould Gphi be top tier? I keep hearing people say yes but I have to say I'm unsure (at least for now). So what do you all think? Yay or nay.

I think 4 houses is okay.... but, if I had to pick one to be left out it would be tri delta. The get sloppy at a ton of our parties and the girls, in terms of attractiveness, have been going downhill lately.

they don't do shady stuff. list at least 1 shady thing they've done over recruitment, because i havent heard of anything. it's all honest hard work imo

Since there are most likely going to be naysayers, saying that a "bottom" house can't jump to the top in a year, let's look at the facts.
GPhi hasn't really been a bottom house for quite some time, people have just labeled them as that because people are afraid of change. They've been bottom middle/solid middle the past few years and have been increasing in their ranks.
Last year's pledge class helped turned them around a lot and made them come out to more parties, talk to more frats, and help their relations. So far there isn't one frat that dislikes GPhi!
They placed in Songfest last year, and the people's choice and General consensus is that they should have won over Wicked, since DG had the competition rigged.
They have some HOT girls! From every nationality! I'm not gonna name names, but if you know GPhi you know who they are.
Their pledge class this year looks promising! They stole some girls from other top teir houses, so good for them!
They've been working hard these past few years so before you say they don't deserve it, try to check the facts. They at least deserve top middle.

I'm from one of the top frats here and I totally dig Gphi. Especially after 2 years ago when they got really hot. I view them as a top house at UCI.

as an active from a different sorority I can appreciate how far they've come. I've never seen another house do what they've done. They pulled girls from our pref night, and have been killin it since 3 years ago. They have beautiful girls now, have hella frat relations, and place in stuff now (derby days 2nd and songfest 2nd.) Were I not in my first choice sorority I would've definitely gone Gphi.
