four top houses?

Can someone explain to me how SAE isn't a top house? I'm from another frat and I even recognize that they're a solid chapter, and so far both their venue parties this quarter look and sound like they've been poppin. And I know a few of their pledges this quarter, and they seem like a pretty dope class. Not even trying to hate on other frats, but it just looks like they definitely put in work

Im in a sorority and I think there should be a 4 frat top tier and SAE should be 4th.
