rushing for winter quarter

I was accepted for a house this Fall quarter and attended the first ceremony and I just found out that Financial aid is giving me $0 for this year compared to my previous years receiving just enough for tuition. I realized that now having to pay school out of pocket and now new fees for the sorority house is too much for men to handle out of the nowhere. Is it possible to just drop the house/decline the bid and if things get better by winter, to rush again for winter quarter? Or how does that work?
