numbers wise how did each sorority do?

Panhellenic decides what the quota is and will determine who can allot a few more spaces. COB is "Continuous Open Bidding." If a chapter has already met the quota, for example if the quota was 130 and they have 5 spots available, they can hold a Winter or Spring COB, which is a smaller, less-structured recruitment. Basically you go and hang out with the girls... it's way less formal. Last year pretty much every chapter did either Winter or Spring.
