Depending on who you ask, top frat will be maybe. ksig sigpi phi psi and maybe sae and maybe pike. A lot of girls like phi delt and Pi kappa phi because they're "nice guys"
Same with sororities, you'll hear tridelt delta gamma, alpha phi and even theta or axo. It varies so much depending who you ask.
There is no top house at irvine. Only groupies who say their favorite house is "top" because let's face it, Irvine's Greek system sucks compared to most schools
