So, I'm currently a sophomore right now. Rushed my fall/winter quarter freshman year as well as fall this year. I choose 1 frat exclusively and go to their events for the whole week. However i haven gotten a single bid. yet someone who goes for 1 day and barely talks to anyone gets a bid. can someone explain this phenomenon to me?

UCI fraternities are honestly not the greatest. I've had job offers come from some higher end companies yet I couldn't get into two different fraternities on campus. Even though I have friends all around Greek Life here, many envy the position I'm in.
