what makes a top house a top house

i'm a PNM and from what i can gather from going through panhellenic recruitment so far and the rankings on this site, the top houses are the ones with the most white girls (and bonus points if the those white girls are blondes)... am i right or am i right lol.

I think dg and tridelt have the most white girls, but they're still diverse. Aphi has white girls and brown girls. We go to a diverse school. The sororities will be diverse too.

Yeah if you're white? you're a hot commodity... but I don't think you get special points for being blonde lolol sucks for you! you have to dye hair every six weeks. Natural > fake
