If I'm persian, what are my chances of getting into a top tier house?/ do I have any chances if I'm not white or blonde?

You have a chance in any house :) there's Persian girls in any chapter. I know for a fact that my chapter (not listed above) has many Persian girls, a few of which are my close friends
