pointers

by:

I am so happy to be rushing! I really need pointers tho. Obviously I know to dress nicely, be nice and be yourself. But, I want some advice that is more comprehensive! I am especially concerned about talking about partying. Idk what to say!

Dress nice, but not too conservative and not too scandalous. I recommend a high waisted skirt and a crop top with sandals for the first day.

Smile and look engaged. Compliment the girl if you like their hair or something.

Don't make them do all the talking. Really, it should be about 50/50.

Don't bring up partying unless they do. Don't put off the impression if you don't party just know we party and no worries.

Thank them before you leave and compliment them about how you like their house if you want this house. Show them u appreciate not just them but other aspects of your experience.

Lets be real, partying is a big no no when talking in recruitment, but we all know that everyone parties. If you don't, thats no big deal, you won't have to talk about it. If the girls feel like your into partying they may bring something up and see what kind of vibe you have, but if you don't then the girls probably won't bring anything up.

As for general advice, just be honest and yourself... like don't spill all you secrets and what not, but don't lie. Its said far too often, but be yourself. You will seriously fine the best people in each sorority because they pair you with girls that match your personality, so you will have more fun if you are honest and yourself. Have fun, hope to meet you! :)
