when will new pledges from sororities and frats get to meet each other and socialize? or is there even a specified time for that?

Whenever? You aren't held back from meeting people. Hell there are even venue parties week after recruitment you can go to!

there are no specific times where they meet, but sororities and fraternities put on "exchanges", in which 1 sorority and 1 frat get together and hang out. This will happen 2 or 3 times every quarter... plus there are venue parties and random AV/Camino parties.
