Why is the number system so messed up here? I had a friend who really wanted a particular sorority and they really wanted her and she didnt get it. Lots still get stuck with girls they dont want and sororities dont get all their 5s and favorites. Why csnt all sororities get their favorites if their favorites also put them as 1?

I did not get my first choice. I talked to the girl that preffed me. She said I was rated high. I was confused, but my second choice ended up working out. But I just got lucky does not always work out.
