Hi! From my experience of just going through recruitment I felt that the most selective sororities were alpha phi and tri delt. It seemed that alpha phi and tri delt go mostly for the typical white, blonde girl. However, alpha phi does have girls that doesn't fit that description but that's mostly all tri delt is.

I'd say the least selective is theta and Pi phi. I've Noticed that both have a variety of girls from all different backgrounds and races. I also noticed that both really got to know girls during recruitment and didn't just look for certain traits.

Selectivity at uci is mostly based on race and your looks honestly

I'm not saying join any of these though these were just my opinions! Make sure to consider all sororities when you go through recruitment though don't have your mind set on one girls regret that later on :) have fun during recruitment!

Tri delta, alpha phi, and delta gamma are the top sororities so they generally are more selective; they want girls who are prettier, smarter, more athletic, more giving, more hardworking, etc because that's their standard.
