CLOSE. I will have to go with Theta even though they have been slipping. As much as I like Axo, thinking about it from a fraternity man's perspective, Theta would be the preferred chapter to have an exchange with, than Axo, say one was choosing between the two.

i rather party with ratchet girls than nuns. i also think ratchets a pretty harsh exaggeration too. just because they know how to have fun doesn't make them ratchet
