Please don't look at the ratings as your deciding factor! As someone who went through Fall rush my 1st year all I considered was what people said were the top houses and I ended up getting a bid for one of the current top houses (not specifying) and hated it! They were so rude not only to me, but to a majority of the girls. They automatically picked out favorites and treated the rest of us terribly. I was so miserable with the girls personalities and attitudes that I ended up De-pledging. I waited until the next fall and went in with an open mind and all though the sorority I am in now is not a top house I can't even begin to tell you how much happier I am. The girls are genuine and actually care about me. So, don't look at these ratings and go into Fall recruitment with an open mind and consider EVERY option, otherwise you will most likely regret it. Also, never join a sorority because of it's social standing, join because that is the one you are passionate about!
