Their is no official rankings. You can only rank by the panhellenic consensus and statistics. Phi Delts are undoubtedly mid-tier.

Dude, there is no such thing as panhellenic consensus on fraternity rankings. 9 sorority chapters never got together to rank frats. This is all subjective.
