Chicago should have won

If Wicked wasn't last, they wouldn't have won. And if All Shook Up wasn't first, they would've gotten second or first, hands down.

does anyone remember the name of the girl who played Velma in chicago? I think she also won best female voice. She was dead on, perfect velma.

Also, they did so well considering that they had to recast one of their leads and two dances at the start of bren week...or at least that's what i've heard

Judges and show order were made to give DG and Sigma Pi an advantage when their show was mediocre at best. Chicago had strong leads and creative choreo and truly deserved first, followed by All Shook Up and Bye Bye Birdie. It's messed up how things happened, but it looks like everyone knows the truth at least.

don't hate me but i don't understand all the hype from all shook up. in fact, i think all shook up, bye bye birdie, and moulin rouge were all on the same level. maybe it's cause i've never seen a musical in my life or because i don't know much about any of that stuff. idk...

Wicked was just ok. It won because it's Wicked. The harmonies were off and the Elphaba couldn't hit those notes.

I think everyone on here has a general consensus that Chicago should have won followed by All Shook Up and Bye Bye Birdie.

Chicago should have won. I also think Little Shop of Horrors should have placed, but I didn't watch Bye Bye Birdie, so I can't give an opinion on it.

Wicked was okay, but that's all. Wicked is a great musical that everyone knows and for having so much to work with, the show was a bit lackluster. There was one girl that impressed me with her singing though. She carried the team, but they still shouldn't have placed first or second.

You all are a bunch of haters. DG and Sigma Pi one because they're top houses and who wants to give first place to a bottom house like Gphi? One a bottom house, always a bottom house. Bye.

The person who said that comment bout gphi being a bottom house must be a dg and is insecure of people having different opinions. So go on about your "top house" status and see how that will help you in life.

Damn way to get all catty just because It's pretty much a unanimous agreement that Chicago should have taken first. That's not very classy, DG…Or Sigma Pi, or WHOEVER you are. Keep it to yourself.
