Yes I agree completely. But you don't want to be bottom house to be honest :/. As long as the bottom houses are still very involved and have some good looking people they are fine. But usually that is not the case. In general top houses are that way because of looks. More options. And they do generally have good philanthropies (except one or two I will not mention) and sports.
