I kinda agree too, G Phi is WAY more involved than Pi Phi. Pi Phi has simply fallen off the radar which makes it hard to maintain a mid-tier spot.

a friend on mine is one of those who depledged and she said that it was just too expensive for her and was a bigger time commitment than she initially thought

I beg to differ. Gphi really seems to have improved the chapter a lot while Piphi is just overly expensive and only a few of them go out.

lol at how tri delta is top house and how AXO and GPhi are above theta... lolololol try again aphi > dg > theta > tri delta > axo > pi phi > gphi > sk > aephi (theta/tridelt, dg/alpha phi interchangeable)

Theta and tridelt are mid top
AXO, piphi, gphi are mid
Sig k and AEPhi are bottom

Its true that Alpha Phi is top house and DG is a close second. Tri Delta has some nice girls but I can't put them as top house sorry. And Gphi is definitely over Piphi. Theta is after, although lately they've started to look a bit ratchet which I dont get since they have lots of cool girls. Axo is whatever to me, they are a decent chapter but have I just not met the hot cool ones in their new pledge class? Cuz I havent seen.

I can kind of see it. The GPhi's have been super involved lately. You barely see Pi Phi's on campus.
