SAE- solid good looking guys. Always down to smoke and chill
Pike- athletic and seem to have a strong brotherhood
Sigma Chi- very nice guys. The biggest gentlemen of the group
Sig Ep- social and very involved. Strong recent pledge classes
AEPi- underrated. If they weren't so small, they'd be top tier
Sigma Nu- don't know any
Phi Delt- risen up the ranks in a short time. Not as high as they think though but still progress
Pi Kapp- only met a couple but they're very nice. Would not expect most to be in a fraternity
Fiji- don't know any
Beta- nice guys that take pride in their chapter and brotherhood

do ksig and phi psi even hold any philanthropies? pike does so much behind the scenes work within the community.

SAE and PIKE took over Fall and Winter Sports. SAE killed it in football and PIKE made every team look silly in basketball. They are both potential TOP TIER house. Sigma Pis are overrated cuz they suck at everything

Ksig , Phi Psi and Sigma Pi are the only top tier. Everyone one else is bottom. Especially Pike, SAE can be argued.
