Phi Psi, Sigma Pi, and KSig weren't at all disqualified from consideration for Greek Awards...get your facts straight. The only chapter that came even close to such a punishment was Sigma Pi for breaking so many IFC recruitment rules. However, they threatened to sue IFC and, consequently, the charges were lifted.

the charges against them were not lifted and sigma pi still couldnt receive chapter awards (and they didnt because of that). however they could still apply for individual awards which they did.
sigma pi still had to pay $4,000 in fines and couldnt participate in fall sports. so basically they bought and threatened their way out of it.

actually ksig wasn't eligible for chapter awards because we didn't get our forms sent in properly. We did it by email and apparently we had to do it in person, so we weren't eligible for chapter awards.

Hah, you guys wouldn't have won anything. What is Ksig known for? (Besides admiring themselves for drinking everyday and taking 7 years to graduate)
