This quarter none are hazing since pledge classes arent necessarily on campus or even in Irvine so no point in putting only some of them through the process. The whole point is to build a bond with your pledge class

Most of the people I hung out with the past 4 years are in different chapters. From our stories hardest ones are KSig, Sig Ep, and Phi Delt.

Easiest by far is Sig Chi. They get initiated around week 7.

SigEp's Balanced Man Program it is a more challenging experience than just pledging. While brothers have the right to membership the day they join, it comes with many responsibilities. Brothers are engaged their entire time in the chapter, not just the first quarter. If brothers do not meet their expectations in each challenge, their membership is lapsed. Furthermore, the Balanced Man Program challenges brothers to provide the best fraternity experience, regardless of what the rest of the campus is doing. SigEp recruits the best men, because it takes self-confidence to not care what other fraternities are saying about you.

As a former pledge of another top tier fraternity, I do not support their fraternity rituals and pledgeship. After rushing this semester, I have found my new home at Sigma Chi. I saw only good signs from the fraternity as a rush, when the brothers promised me INSTANT brotherhood upon signing my bid. This was a great chance for me to join a real brotherhood for just $500 a semester! In contrast to normal fraternities, I did not have to earn my right to be a brother through illegal means of HAZING! Though I barely know half of the brothers, I feel comfortable seeing others around campus who wear a shirt with the same letters as mine. This whole process has been very rewarding and I have no ragrets!
