If we’re being honest the “top houses” are only there for a few reasons and they all have tons of flaws

Pike- top house based off of looks, parties, and athletics, brotherhood and campus participation sucks tho
K sig- looks, parties, and athletics are below below pike but they have a slightly better brotherhood and campus participation

A phi- top house just based off of looks... that’s it
DG- prettiest girls are just as hot as a phi’s but a phi has more prettier girls from top to bottom. DG is more wholesome and less superficial tho
