You can tell which frats are always on this site and pike definitely isn’t one of them. Other frats seem to try and boost their egos and talk down pike here but in reality, pike is UCI’s top house. I feel like in person there’s a certain prestigious reputation pike has when they are brought up and they know it so they don’t have to use greekrank to try and flex it. Just my thoughts, I know a lot of people are gonna say I’m wrong or call me stupid because people are insecure cause they aren’t as good as pike like I mentioned earlier but that’s just how it is

Def have like 4 Irvine houses and a Costa Mesa property with two houses on one lot. You tripping AV frat houses each have RAs hence why they party in the rooms. All hot and musty
