what are the current frat ranks?

Just rush and find out where you fit in. What are you like? What are your hobbies? Do you go to the gym on a consistent basis? Can you talk to girls?

Follow the advice of the guy above. Even if you join a “top” but dont feel like you fit in, youre gonna hate your time in greek life.

Some pros and cons of each frat in order.

Pros: House on campus, sororitys go to their parties the most, has great relations with all sororities because of their reputation, throws great parties, most selective PCs
Cons: house on probation, more superficial brotherhood, guys dont seem genuine, parties could be better for their rep

Phi psi (tied for second)
Pros: good relations with aphi and tridelt, good brotherhood, big campus presence, runs IFC
Cons: runs IFC, has had fair share of suspicious behavior in the recent past, no house on campus, parties need work

Pike (tied for second)
Pros: great relations with aphi and good relations with dg and tridelt with decent relations to every sorority, best at sports, attractive guys
Cons: took in alot of SAE, lacking brotherhood, no house on campus, okay parties

Sigma Pi (tied for third)
Pros: good relations with all sororitys across the board, throws bangers, largest newport presence, great brotherhood
Cons: no house on campus, werent too selective on their new PC, not alot of presence on campus

Sigep (tied for third)
Pros: great relations with tridelt and dg, good relations with all other sororitys except aphi, house on campus, throws bangers, great brotherhood
Cons: no relations with aphi, house on probation, selective but smallest PC, general presence dropped off heavily this quarter because of constant trouble with IFC and AV, need to step up to maintain position

Sigma chi
Pros: decent relations with all sororities, house on campus, good brotherhood, most guys are genuine and funny guys, large PC, good presence
Cons: large but low quality PC, parties are wack, some guys give off weird vibes because of these low quality PCs

FIJI
Pros: house on campus, decent relations with aphi and tridelt and improving on them, good relations with other sororitys, large pc
Cons: large but worst PC of this quarter, parties are nonexistent, brotherhood is lacking

rest are irrelevant

again, join the house where you best fit in. These rankings do change and its up to the members on the growth of their chapter.
